Our services
Zalel AI designs, builds, and manages AI agents and automations for small and medium-sized businesses — including customer-answer agents, review monitoring, and product-content systems. The descriptions on this website are general information about what we do; the exact scope of any engagement is defined in the written quote or agreement for that engagement.
The free diagnostic
Booking a free diagnostic is a conversation, not a contract. It creates no obligation for either side, and no work begins until a separate written quote is accepted.
Engagements
Paid work is performed under a separate written quote or agreement that sets out the scope, price, timeline, and any engagement-specific terms. If there is a conflict between that document and these terms, the written quote or agreement controls for that engagement.
No guarantee of specific outcomes
We build carefully and measure honestly, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes — such as a particular revenue level, ranking, response-time improvement, or cost saving. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your data, your market, and third-party platforms.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your business, workflows, and requirements.
- Review and approve the rules, knowledge, and limits your agents work under, and tell us promptly when something changes.
- Use the systems we build lawfully and as documented.
Intellectual property
You own your data and your content. Zalel retains ownership of its methods, templates, know-how, and general tooling developed or used in providing services. Deliverables created specifically for you are yours to use as described in your written engagement agreement.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zalel AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. For paid engagements, liability is governed by the written agreement for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
