Zalel AI (“Zalel”, “we”, “us”) builds and manages AI agents for small and medium-sized businesses. This policy explains what information this website collects and how we use it. In short: we collect only what you send us through the contact form, we use it only to respond to you and provide our services, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you submit the “book a free diagnostic” form on this site, we collect:
- Your name
- Your company name (if provided)
- Your email address
- The message you write
That is all the form asks for. We do not ask for passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information through this website.
How we use it
We use the information you send us only to respond to your inquiry, schedule and carry out the free diagnostic, and — if you become a client — to provide and manage our services. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who processes it
- FormSubmit processes the contact form and delivers your submission to our email inbox.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and, like any web host, may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver and secure the site.
- Google Fonts serves the fonts used on this site; your browser requests them from Google, which may receive your IP address in the process.
Cookies
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies of its own. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first.
Retention and deletion
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and provide services, or as required for our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — email [email protected] and we will delete it, unless we are legally required to keep it.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have sent us, and you may ask us not to contact you again. Send any request to [email protected] and we will respond promptly.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
