Where AI earns its keep first
- Repeat customer questions. Draft replies to the ten questions you answer every week — shipping, sizing, returns — then paste, check, send.
- Product descriptions and posts. Your bullet points (Lesson 4) become listings and social posts in your voice, from your examples (Lesson 3).
- Review replies. Paste a review, ask for a reply that's grateful to happy customers and calm, specific, and fair to unhappy ones. You approve every word.
- Quote and invoice follow-ups. The polite-but-firm chase message is a genre AI writes beautifully.
- Meeting and document summaries. Lesson 7, pointed at your week: supplier terms, long emails, reports.
The owner's three rules
- A human approves anything a customer sees. Drafts are free; mistakes are not.
- Start with one job. The most frequent, most repeatable one. Win there first, then expand — small systems first.
- Keep your facts yours. Prices, policies, and promises come from you, in your prompt — AI formats them, it doesn't invent them.
Doing it yourself vs. having it built
Everything in this course is you, chatting with AI, one task at a time. That already saves real hours. The next step — the one Zalel exists for — is when the system does it without you in the loop: questions answered at midnight, reviews watched daily, follow-ups sent on schedule, with your rules and your approval points built in. If your "try it now" below feels valuable but time-consuming, that gap is exactly what we build.
Try it now (10 minutes)
Pick your most-asked customer question and draft the model answer:
"I run a small shop selling [your product]. Customers often ask: [the question]. The facts are: [your facts]. Draft a friendly reply under 80 words, in this style: [paste a message you liked]. Then give me a shorter version for chat."
Save the result somewhere you'll reuse it. That document — your answers, your facts, your style — is the seed of every AI system a business builds.
Remember
- Start with the repeat work: replies, descriptions, reviews, follow-ups.
- Humans approve what customers see; facts come from you.
- One job first — then let it grow.
You finished the course. From "what is AI?" to putting it to work — that's the whole path, and you walked it. Revisit any lesson anytime; they stay free. And if you'd like these systems built into your business, book a free diagnostic — we'd be glad to map it with you.
